I’m writing this review for 2 reasons…1 to defend My Cleaning Lady for the prior review and 2 to write my actual review (which is what I had originally intended to do).Regarding the prior review, it’s obvious that this person is extremely high maintenance and will probably never be satisfied with any service. I have been using My Cleaning Lady for over 2 years and have never had any issue with them whatsoever and I’ve been extremely pleased with their services. I have never had anything scratched or damaged and things in general seem to be in much better shape after the ladies leave than before they arrived!Their prices are so cheap and they literally do everything for you. In fact I actually had to tell them that they don’t have to clean the top of my ceiling fan every time cause I was starting to feel guilty about them doing so much!ALL of the teams are extremely good – I mean you could eat off the floors after they leave. There’s one team though that is absolute PERFECTION, and you always know when they were there because your place is literally glistening when they leave. I usually try to straighten up before either team arrives, but believe me there are times that I forget or don’t have the time, and the maids are so accommodating and kind when I forget. They’ve even folded my husband’s underwear and put it away! Lol.Speaking of forgetting, there was a time last year right before my wedding when I completely forgot that they were coming. I literally had stuff everywhere. More importantly though, is that I had piles of money in various places that I was going to sort through later that night and put into envelopes as cash tips for my vendors. But from the way it looked, it seemed like it was just random piles of money that were unaccounted for and a $5 or $10 could have so easily been taken off the top of any one of the piles cause the place was so messy that it would’ve seemed like it would’ve gone unnoticed. I was terrified when I came home and I went through each pile and checked off against my spreadsheet and every single dollar was accounted for! I couldn’t believe it – I called up the owner and told her what wonderful staff she had. That’s really the most important thing in my mind, is people in your home that you can trust. Then when you’re off at work you let them come in and you come home after a long day to a nice clean home. 🙂
