I found My Cleaning Lady online after a not so great experience with my previous cleaning service. My previous cleaning company confused my review-dates, tried to change rates on me after I was given a rate, were an hour and a half late without a phone call or an apology & then rescheduled me without even asking me. I knew I was done with them so I went online, found My Cleaning Lady & gave them a call.From the moment I spoke to Eva she put me at ease. She’s very pleasant, accommodating answered the 100 questions I had without ever getting an attitude or being rude. She really is a pleasure to work with. I was given a price & made the appointment. The girls use their own cleaning supplies which is good but I just requested they use my sponges which was not an issue. They came here earlier than scheduled which is fine & began working right away. I felt very comfortable with them & they did a great job & ended up charging me less than the estimate given based on the time they spent here. I didn’t feel they rushed which is important to me. They were very nice ladies (Susanna & Barbara – I apologize if I misspelled their names) & treated my home & everything in it with care.I was very happy with the service, the price the entire process. I will be using My Cleaning Lady every two weeks I can’t stress enough how wonderful Eva is. I spoke to Yolanda too who was also very nice but most of my calls have been with Eva. I can’t say enough about Eva & how nice & professional she is, she is a pleasure to work with.I recommend My Cleaning Lady to anyone who needs a reliable efficient cleaning service.
